It implements the foreign shareholding system invested by the Euro Asia Bank Group Co., Ltd. (foreign investor). After the establishment of the company, with the company's gradual development and growth, as well as the company's own accumulation and the continuous investment from shareholders, the scale of assets has continued to expand. In November 2008, its restructuring was changed to Euro Asia Packaging(Guangdong)Co.,Ltd which was listed in Hong Kong on July 12, 2013. The company is located in the National Health Base of Torch Development Zone, Zhongshan City. It has its own office land area of 28913.20 m2, construction area of 752.896m2, production land area of 53299.1 m2, and construction area of 12866.89 m2. It has 12 computer-programmed aluminum packaging cans automatic production line with an annual production capacity of 300 million cans, occupying more than 65% of the domestic single-piece aluminum packaging can market share. The company has the production capacity for single-piece aluminum packaging cans in all specifications. The product specifications range from 22mm to 66mm in diameter and 58mm to 240mm in height. Among them, product with a diameter of 35mm and a closing diameter of 20mm fills the blank of domestic project products, and it is the first in the industry to fully and continuously produce screw tank products in an assembly line. The company has introduced a brand new fully automatic production line from Italy, and officially put into production in August 2009. The line has the world's most advanced 9-color printing technology and 40-station aluminum can flanging necking technology, which can meet customers' various requirements for special shapes, embossed shapes and special printing. So far, Euro Asia has become the first aluminum can manufacturer in China with 9-color printing technology and 40-station aluminum can flanging and necking technology.
